Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS)’s stance since Perikatan Nasional (PN)'s coup over the Federal Government is still unclear. Their support from outside seems like an external support from the fence. Since GPS is reported to be wishing for a concrete collaboration, similar to that achieved with Barisan Nasional (BN) that was strong in the past, what stopping them this time?

With 18 MP seats, GPS seems to be waiting for the best opportunity for a concrete collaboration for the sake of the party and Sarawak. GPS also realizes that PN still lacks MP support as claimed by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. To GPS, it is not wrong for them to wait for the “best offer” from another party. GPS president Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg should realise that he should not support the PN government that was built from treachery and did not receive any people’s mandate.

As a Muslim leader, Abang Johari should not have been an accomplice to traitors. Isn’t conspiring with traitors a sin? Though GPS does not actually care about the affairs of the federal government and is only focused on the benefits that Sarawakians could reap, it is hoped that GPS will not conspire with the traitors. Being an accomplice to treachery will not benefit them in any ways but only bring disaster to the people. Do Sarawakians want to do the same and bear the consequences? Thinks wisely.
